Veggie Bars

Are you looking for one last thing for  a 4th of July barbecue this weekend?  We are still working on getting  a group of friends over but while I am working on who to invite, I’m not working on what to serve.  These Veggie Bars will definitely be in the lineup of our menu items!

Light, fresh and easy to make, our guests will have the chance to enjoy these Veggie Bars:

We guest posted about these bars over at Mandy’s Recipe Box a little while ago.  Click here to hop on over to her site to grab the recipe!

No matter what you are doing this weekend or what country you live in, maybe take a moment to reflect on the amazing blessings that you have in your life!  Be a positive influence on those around you.  You can do it….because you’re wonderful!  Now let’s all go out and do the right things!

Oh and by the way, This Pin Rocks!

  3. All of these look great!

  4. I love your blog and recipes! But I think someone has hijacked it with a ad from drunk history! It popped up and you can’t get out of it. I wanted to let you know.

    • Hi Sheryl…what is happening? Drunk history? Wow…we need to find out about that right away. It was a pop up ad that you couldn’t remove? Aaack! Thanks SO much for the heads up!

  5. I had to click several times to be able to post and to be able to read your blog.

  6. I made this years ago from a Pampered Chef recipe and liked it. I don’t know why we didn’t make more.
Anyway, while we were visiting family in Arizona I made this again thinking only the adults, if very many, would like this. I should have made two or three pans on it. Delish!!! Thanks for the reminder.

    • Hi Jody! Matter of fact, I’m in Arizona today and should make these with my daughter. Thank YOU for the reminder! Deb – The Oldest Sister
