Peach Crisp in a Jar Dessert

Autumn is definitely here in the beautiful Wasatch  Mountains of Utah.  I love this season. It is my all-time favorite time of the year.  I am lucky enough to live in an area where you can see and feel each of the four seasons. As I drive around town, there are roadside fruit stands that now have peaches and my family loves peaches!

So I usually can them, make jam and also cut, slice and freeze them to use throughout the year.

But while peaches are fresh right now, I wanted to try this Peach Crisp in a Jar Dessert that I pinned from Intimate Weddings.

Peach Crisp in a Jar. So cute!

My family loved this dessert!

It was just the perfect portion after a big Sunday dinner.  But if you have room for just a tiny bit more, add some ice cream and you now have heaven in a jar.

Peach Crisp in a Jar. Warm, cinnamony and so fallish!

Head on over to My Kitchen Escapades where I originally posted the recipe for this yummy idea!

  1. This looks amazing! I can’t wait to try it.

  2. i have a question. could these be made up, then processed, (canning) and shelved?

    • Carol, don’t really know since I just followed the original recipe but my gut feeling is that I would not process and shelve them but eat them fairly soon after cooking. Thanks so much for stopping by!
