How many of you remember giant Sugar Babies Caramel suckers? I used to get one in my Christmas stocking when I was a little girl. They were supposed to last a long time….mine never did, I just couldn’t stop eating it until it was gone. I became a caramel addict with the first sucker! Salted Caramel Chocolate Pillow cookies……um, YES please!
Throw in a Hershey Kiss, caramel topping with sea salt and I’m in cookie heaven. These bite size cookies look so elegant, people will think you spent hours making them. Truth is they are quick and easy to make when you use Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust.
Where can you get the recipe? Over at Artzy Creations, where Melanie our newest contributor blogs about all things creative. These pillows look delightful, I’d love to take a nap and sink my teeth into one!

Hi Shambray!
Thanks! So many great flavors wrapped up in a little cookie, be careful they are addicting! :o) Tracy
I want some of those right now! They look like a perfect neighbor treat for Christmas. I remember those suckers!
Charlee Anne,
Thanks! I love it when something is beautiful and tastes fantastic. You are right these would be a great treat at Christmas time. Hope you have a great day, Tracy
Made these for a cookie exchange, and wasn’t impressed. They were easy to put together, but didn’t taste like I would have hoped. They weren’t sweet enough for my taste–something was lacking.
Hey Rose,
Thanks for giving these cookies a try! You could boost the flavor in the cookies by using a mint flavored Hershey Kiss and/or sprinkle coarse sugar or powdered sugar over them instead of the sea salt. So glad you follow us and appreciate your comment! Hope you have a wonderful holiday season, Tracy
